Mini reset me 3 day - awesome
"It was great. Had a busy end of uni semester with lots of **** fast food and 2 triple shot lattes a day to get through. After the reset, I feel like my body got a huge dose of nutritious food and I managed to cut down on the coffee to a double shot a day! Bonus 2.5kg weight loss too. It gave the push I needed to get back into a healthy balanced lifestyle."

"Whoever the woman was that answered the phone, I had to ask her what she'd said when she answered as it wasn’t legible, then I had to ask if I should call back when she was in a better mood. She changed straight away to being sickly sweet….perhaps someone needs a word??"

"I enjoyed the weight loss ! Following the 3 days I felt it has really helped me be more aware of what I'm eating. It was very easy to stick to , although next time I think I would do it during the week rather than the weekend.

"I enjoyed my three day cleanse thoroughly, yes it was hard, and a couple of the juices are not my favourites but I feel so much better afterwards it's totally worth it. It has motivated me to keep going. There was a problem with the courier this time round and the staff at PHD were super helpful and accomodating - 5 stars! Thanks!"
